本作主人公为高中生，也是假面骑士史上年龄较小的骑士，口头禅为“宇宙来了”。这是假面骑士系列第一次以高中校园作为故事舞台，以高中生作为主角。 主角如月弦太朗是转校生，梳着飞机头，梦想是“与学校的所有人成为朋友”。他的同班同学歌星贤吾，拥有神秘的天文开关和月球基地——玉兔舱。二人的相遇，促使了假面骑士卌骑的诞生！弦太朗与朋友们共同创立了假面骑士部，在宇宙与学园的舞台上，与朋友们一起成长，共享有泪有笑的青春。。We follow the hits and (more often than not) the misses of two hapless, dead-broke contract killers who frankly, are more of a danger to themselves than to anyone else. Each episode sees Fran (Sue Perkins) and Jamie (Mel Giedroyc) try to track down and kill a different target.
